Ensuring a Smooth and Transparent Booking Experience

At Drive25, we strive to provide a clear and transparent booking process for our minibus and coach hire services in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. To ensure that all parties are aware of their rights and responsibilities, we have outlined the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Confirmation

1.1 All bookings must be made through our official website, by email, or by phone.

1.2 A booking is considered confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from our team.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Payment Terms

2.1 A £50 deposit is taken prior to all bookings. If however a booking is made in a short period of time, there will be no deposit required.
2.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before the date of your journey.
2.3 For bookings made less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.4 We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the date of your journey will mean a loss of deposit.

3.2 In the event that Drive25 must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.

Vehicle Availability and Substitution

4.1 We will make every effort to provide the vehicle specified in your booking confirmation.

4.2 In the event that the specified vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or higher-capacity vehicle at no additional cost to you.

Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities

5.1 All passengers must comply with the instructions of our drivers and staff.

5.2 Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage. Drive25 accepts no liability for any loss or damage to personal property.

5.3 Smoking, consuming alcohol, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all our vehicles.

5.4 Any damage caused to our vehicles by passengers will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.

Liability and Insurance

6.1 Drive25 maintains appropriate insurance coverage for all our vehicles and passengers.

6.2 In the event of an accident or injury caused by our negligence, our liability will be limited to the extent of our insurance coverage.

6.3 We are not liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic congestion, road closures, or adverse weather conditions.

Amendments and Jurisdiction

7.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
